Frequently Asked Questions

How much does document translation cost?
Translation is from 120 ₪ per page (about 250 words) for Hebrew paired with Russian, English, Arabic or Ukrainian, and from 140 ₪ for other pairs with Hebrew. If the document also has to be notarised, a standard one-page document comes to from 470 ₪ — translation plus the fixed 350 ₪ notary fee.
Do I always need notarisation?
No. Notarisation is required by ministries, courts, embassies and banks; for internal corporate use, technical manuals or marketing materials it is not. Tell us which authority will receive the document and we will say plainly whether the 350 ₪ is needed — we do not add it by default.
How long does it take?
A quote arrives within 15–30 minutes. A standard one to two page document is ready within 24 hours. Express delivery in 2–4 hours is possible with our confirmation and costs +50%. Multi-page contracts and corporate files run at 5–7 pages per day, up to 20–30 pages per day at maximum speed.
Do you handle large corporate volumes?
Yes. Charters, financial statements, audit reports, technical documentation and tender packages are our regular work. Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% from 10 pages, 10% from 50, 15% from 100. Terminology stays consistent across the whole set thanks to CAT tools and a glossary kept per client.
In what format will I get the translation?
In the format you need — Word, PDF, InDesign, or a scan-matched layout. The layout is reproduced to match the original so the pages can be compared side by side, which matters for documents submitted to authorities.
Can you arrange an apostille?
Yes. An apostille from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs costs from 180 ₪ plus handling and takes 1–3 business days. It is a separate line — it is included neither in the translation nor in the notary fee.
