1. Services

iTrex Language Services provides professional translation, localization, interpretation, and related linguistic services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Quotes

All orders begin with a free quote. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Prices are determined based on language pair, document complexity, volume, and turnaround time. The final price is confirmed before work begins.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quote or contract. For new clients, prepayment may be required. Corporate clients may be offered credit terms. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified in the quote. Standard turnaround is 1-3 business days depending on volume. Express service is available. Penalties for late delivery are stipulated in our standard agreement.

5. Quality Guarantee

We use a three-stage quality control process. If you find errors in the translation, we will correct them free of charge within 14 days of delivery. For notarized translations rejected by an authority, we will redo the translation at no cost.

6. Confidentiality

All documents and information are treated as strictly confidential. Our translators and staff sign non-disclosure agreements. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the translated content. Original documents remain the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequences of translation errors beyond correction of the translation itself.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. If work has already started, the client pays for work completed. Notarized translations cannot be cancelled once the notary process has begun.
